BT launches global inbound services to deliver more efficient contact centres in Latin America

Managed voice services offering Freephone and other number options, plus innovative features to optimise service levels and reduce costs

BT recently announced the launch in Latin America of BT Global Inbound Services (GIS), a managed voice solution designed to help businesses and contact centres to improve efficiency as well as customer service. BT, which provides services in over 170 countries, now has three new Points of Presence in Argentina, Brazil, and Mexico.
