According to recent industry reports, enterprise demand for bandwidth is increasing 20% to 50% per year while access technology continues to migrate toward Ethernet and cable modem. We have been meeting several of our carrier customers in the Americas in past few months at big conferences like ITW in Chicago and we would like to share some of the common feedback we received as well as our focus going forward.

Two products that are particularly appealing to most of our customers are IP Connect Global, which enable customers to use our global network via an NNI, and Inbound Contact Global, which delivers International Toll Free Service in 175 countries around the world.
